Membership Meetings are generally held on the second Wednesday of each month, followed by the Executive Board Meetings on the third Wednesday. All Membership Meetings are open to the public, but attendance of Executive Board Meetings is limited to members. If you would like to attend a Board Meeting, please contact the Chair at chair@34dems.org.

Remote Board Actions

Our Bylaws allow the Board to conduct its business via electronic means, including by: email, video conferencing, and digital communications or project management applications or software. They also require that, if this is done, the Secretary archive copies of decisions by including a record of messages and voting results in the minutes of the next Board meeting.
