Outreach Event - Volunteer Chore Services May 13th
On Saturday, May 13th, the 34th District Democrats converged on the Admiral District home of an elderly retired couple, and spent four hours removing debris and cleaning the yard of the home. Over 1.5 tons of yard waste and debris was hauled to the transfer station. This clean-up was arranged by Adria Briehl of Volunteer Chore Services, a division of Catholic Community Services, which sponsors such events to help people in need in our community. Here is a gallery of photos from that event. Click any photo to see a larger version. Photos by Steve Karbowski.
